Staff
The staff of the Alliance of Baptists is a Leadership Team of five gifted people who work collaboratively to offer their many and varied gifts to articulate a vision for the Alliance, facilitate the Alliance's ministry and mission, and empower individuals and congreagations to do justice, love mercy, and walk humby with our God.

Meet the Leadership Team:

Mary Andreolli, an ordained Baptist minister (with ordination recognized by the Alliance of Baptist and American Baptist Churches), serves the Alliance as the Minister for Outreach and Communications. After more than 10 years in project management and technical consulting Mary experienced God’s call on her heart and then redirected her life and work towards ministry - specifically new ways of being and doing church in the world. This calling led her to Wake Forest University Divinity where she received her M.Div. in 2006. Mary has worked extensively with at-risk youth and families, in student missions, and in outreach.

As Minister for Outreach and Communications, Mary is deeply committed to sharing the Good News of the Alliance of Baptists and helping others to tell the Alliance’s story. Mary believes the key to outreach is being able to effectively tell your story. She feels passionately about non-harmful evangelism and birthing new communities of faith. In addition to her work with the Alliance, Mary currently serves as the pastor of a new church start in Raleigh called Trinity’s Place – a Spirit collective where love, life and community happen.
