SUMMARY:You're Not Going to Believe It
DESCRIPTION:Would you like to be able to catch people’s attention with your printed materials?\nWould you like to save money from the high cost of quality printing by doing it better at your own church or place of business?\nWould you like to receive a high-end printer that does this and yet cost you nothing?\nYes\, that’s what I said\, nothing.  Several years ago\, I discovered the Xerox Free Color Printers program. They told me that they would give my small non-profit a high-end Xerox printer for free. I “just knew” there had to be a catch. Researching them\, I did not find one. All they wanted me to do was to use the printer for printing at least 2000 copies a month\, fax or email in a monthly report and purchase my supplies from them. I thought\, “There is the catch! That must be where they jack up the prices of the ink and over charge me.” When I checked around\, not so. Their ink prices are comparable to some Xerox offices and cheaper than others.\nWe were at a public relations junction at that time and wanted to recreate our image to one that portrayed a more polished and professional front. So\, fearfully\, we entered into contract with this program. That was in April of 2004. Today\, in 2009\, this same organization has three of the printers\, two of which sit side-by-side and print away daily. You see\, what I hadn’t understood was that when I reached my quota of an average of 2000 copies a month for three years(72\,000 copies)\, the printer became mine to keep. We are now on our third contract and have been so totally pleased with the program that we have acted as spokespeople for it. There is no catch. It is a wonderful way for your church\, business\, or organization to have a printer of high quality and it cost you nothing. The costs of the printing are far less than we were spending to have things printed of far less quality and the ability to tailor our materials to the moment’s need has made an incredible difference in how we are perceived. In this day of Green commitments\, you also need to know that the ink and its packaging are all green. There are no ink cartridges because the ink is solid blocks with little packaging\, though even that is recyclable.\nWhen the Alliance began its staff transition and needed to reprint all our materials\, the Alliance applied and also received a free printer. If you attended the Convocation in Charlotte\, many of the items in your Information Packet were printed with this full-color\, high-end printer. The Xerox representatives went a step father. They offered a deal to us that makes it a win-win for everyone. For every printer that is shipped out due to the recommendation of the Alliance\, they will make a $200 contribution back to us which can be used for supplies or be put into our coffers. All you need to do is to use our Referral Number of  775603_ when you register. For details on the program and to register for your free printer\, visit freecolorprinters.com. Just don’t forget to remember that the Alliance sent you and use our Referral Number. What have you got to lose?\n
