Search & Call The Alliance of Baptists is committed to walking along side individuals and congregations through the discernment of vocation, mission and ministry.
To accomplish this goal the Alliance is visioning in 2012 a new mentoring program for clergy and students who desire to fulfill their call to professional ministry in an Alliance of Baptists setting. In the coming months we'll provide more information here on how to become a part of the mentoring program. This program was conceived of by the Search & Call committee who also created suggested guidelines for clergy/students and congregation resources in a report affirmed by the Alliance board in November 2011.
